-Apples-
Apple Imperialist
Today is the day a new town has been created, using the AC cartridge I got for my 24th birthday and the galaxy new 3DS I purchased after my casino visit in the first week of 2017.
As you see, MoonGlow is the fourth town I created, the third town I created with a female mayor, and the second dream-quality town I created, but this is the first town I created after the amiibo update, as well as the first town I created since I joined Bell Tree Forums (yes, StarFall is older than my membership). My mayor is Andrea, the character I made for Happy Home Designer. Somehow, my original plans for it do not match what my town currently is, but here's what I initially planned and what I currently planned.

- Apples are the town fruit - got it! Apples have fun too you know. I may not have any fruits other than apples and perfect apples planned, but I could introduce lemons, peaches, and bananas, which I already have plenty of in StarFall.
- Ocean is on the west side - ocean is on the east side. I wanted it to be west this time, but since the only good map I found was an east-facing town, I eventually gave in to the east side. But one thing I don't like about west-facing towns is that the Museum is on the east. Glad I dodged the bullet this time.
- All animals are on the north side - three animals will be south of the river. Even though I got a map with no villagers south of the river until Andrea moved in, I decided that I will put three villagers south of the river for once. My planned villagers I would have are Goldie, Stitches, and Rosie. And yes, I have all 400 HHD amiibo cards, but I don't have all 50 ACNL amiibo cards.
- Re-Tail or Plaza south of the river - both are north of the river. Unfortunately, I couldn't get either one of them in the empty spot on the south side of the river. But at least I got a good map. At the same time, I would have the Café on the north side of the river and campsite south of the river, but I changed plans once again.
- No secluded beaches - got it! They can be fun, but I'm kinda getting tired of them. MoonGlow is my first town without one. What's even better is that Kapp'ns dock is right close to the ramp south of the river, where Andrea's house is placed.
- River empties south rather than east or west - got it! A dealbreaker to me is where the river flows. Since my town of Belcroft, all of my towns had south facing rivers. I prefer not to have it empty east like in my first town.
- Tulips are the only flower - no change. For now, I have all six. But when I prepare it to become a dream town, tulips will become the one and only flower you can find. Pink tulips are my favorite flowers in ACNL, not the golden roses or blue roses.
- T&T Mart to be the maximum expansion - no change. Once I remodel my store to T&T Mart, I will not continue it any further. I'll do all my ordering in StarFall since Kaylee's catalog has everything. As about the shrubs, I can get them in StarFall too. What I like about T&T Mart is that it is open for longer, and if you have Night Owl ordinance active, it will stay open for every hour except 5:00 to 5:59 AM and 6:00 to 6:59 AM. Even without it being active, it can still be open after 11:00 PM, and regardless of ordinance, open as early as 7:00 AM.
- Special PWPs to unlock are flower arch, wooden bench, lighthouse, solar panel, and illuminated arch - almost no change. The only thing I will change is that I will put in the windmill (Holland-style) instead of a solar panel. I built parks for both the lighthouse and the windmill.
- Grass pattern is triangle - grass pattern is circle. Even if I like circles over triangles, I did not plan the circle grass this time. But I got it. I can tell I got it because my town is currently set in January like I did with Belcroft and StarFall when I created them, and the snow pattern was the star pattern. This means my town pattern is the grass pattern. In addition, my train station color scheme is red, which is not any different than StarFall.
- First five villagers are Mathilda, Anchovy, Drift, Puddles, and Gala.
- Andrea's first three fish in order are bitterling, pond smelt, and crucian carp.
- Path patterns are laid, to indicate where paths and projects go, as well as other landmarks.
- Visited StarFall for a hairstyle change, and picked up the Gorgeous Series, Cabana Series, balloons, and glow wands.
- Purchased a diner sign from Harvey's shop.
- Paid down payment.
