Monster Hunter Event Quest Help!

Hey i was wondering if anyone could hop on and help me with an event quest... many people say i cant do it and its hard and impossible for me. (HR 55) the quest is G1 rank and is called "Fan Club: Desert Training" it gives this really awesome Palico armor i want.... attached is a picture below of the armor

The armor looks so cool! For some reason it reminds me of Jojo's Bizarre adventure. Sort of gave me an idea to rename a Palico Jotaro or Josuke. I wouldn't mind doing it with my G2 Rank profile. What monster is it again? I'll try to join next week.
