That was definitely the wrong way to go about punishing the Kid. I barely made it through that... the kid looks like he's what... 5 or 6 maybe? He was so terrified. There's nothing wrong with disciplining a kid to let them know that what they did was wrong. But the thing that separates good parents from bad parents is whether or not they discipline out of love...instead of anger. That mom definitely wasn't being very loving, and that video looked like straight up abuse.

To be PERFECTLY honest. It's not as bad as you guys make out.
The **** I had to go through at 6years old for stupid things like not tidying my room or somit like that would probably make this seem like a slap on the wrist.
OK I see that its bad given he's adopted and she really shouldn't do it (and is even MORE stupid for doing it on camera) but it's a ****e sight better than half the crap I had done to me.
And no I am not saying 'Its ok for her to do it' **** she shouldn't do **** to him. But I'm just saying theres ALOT worse and I've suffered worse.

At 6 I'd of probably been beaten with a slipper for getting a detention (which I'm guessing that is).
I used to get beaten for alot of idiotic crap. Come on at 14 I got strangled by my father for swearing at him.
