Molly is this super cutie duck and I quite like her but she's in no way a dreamie and I don't feel compelled to keep her in my town! I'm pretty sure she's aaaalmost original, but not 100%. I haven't interacted with her a whole lot.

Will take the best offer I get within the next little bit! I'm gonna be TTing forward to get to her move date

and ahh I'm not... super interested in TBT bells D: (though I wonder if there's anywhere to convert TBT bells to in game bells? or what the conversion rate is? I have no idea what they're worth which makes me uneasy accepting them xD;

You can buy villagers, art and items with tbt.
Plus tbt is a better choice to spend things on.
Cause it doesn't affect your in game bells status. ^.^

Ummmm.....53 tbt is a bit low though you can sell Molly for about 100-200tbt. ^.^
