x Tier 4 and 5 villagers are free. If you are interested in one from the list please let me know - otherwise I will autovoid the villagers.
x I also accept art of my mayor - but please beware that I'm a little bit picky about art )

Holding fee: 50 tbt - if you can't get the villager - I will accept to hold it for 24 hours if you pay a fee of 50 tbt.
PM notification: 25 tbt - you will be informed that the villager is in boxes 30 minutes before I post it in the thread.
