Selling Modern wood sale-

Okay, after collecting and editing the majority of the set, I've decided that I don't really like it. I've made edits to the wood, so it's got the 'simple' look. Below is what I've got:

Modern wood Floor
Modern wood Wall
Modern wood stool (edited)
Modern wood bed (x2) (edited both the wood and futon)
Modern wood tv (edited)
Modern wood closet (edited)
Modern wood chair (one is edited, the other isn't)
Modern wood clock (edited)
Modern wood lamp (edited)
Modern wood wood table (x2) (both edited)

I think the only item that I was missing is the chest, idk.
I'll only sell these TOGETHER. I don't want to be stuck with multiple pieces of furniture. So no, you cannot buy items separately.

A price? I don't care. Whoever offers the highest price can take the lot! Bidding price starts at 15000 bells!

I dunno. I mean, I hate to be a dick, but the furniture all together would only cost about 20k from the catalog, and I'm paying 55k for it all. Unless you were willing to pay the 35k difference, you'd pretty much just be getting the furniture for that much cheaper than me, when I won the auction. So I don't wanna seem like a stingy jerk, but unless you're willing to pay the 35k difference, I feel it wouldn't be fair to me.
