Buying Modern Theme Clothes for Gracie Check

So Gracie is in my town today, and since I'm not a big collector of items, I'm in need of some clothing from the modern theme for her check. I want to open up the T&T Emporium sooner rather than later, so it'd be a big help if anyone has some clothes that I can buy for this theme!

If I could come to your town, that would be great, since I have a lot of items scattered around my train station.

Sometimes if you only wear one item of her wish she will still pass you and the shops will always sell ONE THING of that theme.
