these are all really good!! i can only think of two things you could improve on:
your poses are quite stiff?? but anatomy wise theyre p good
also i think the painting u did looks wayyyy better than when you shade ur pics w/ gradients.

a great way to get better at poses is to use www.quickposes.com and it improves ur life drawing too!! i love the painting, its my fav omg
also one rly effective way of getting poses is to acc just take a pic on ur phone of u doing the pose... sounds weird but it really helps me especially when i cant find any good pics for the type of pose i want??
