hey! Mitzi is moving away in my cycling town, and i was wondering if anyone would like to give her a new home? c:

as far as i know, she's a tier 1/tier 2 villager and original (i hope), so i'm probably asking for 25-40 TBT? just make an offer and i'll roll with it!
