1.) please don't enter if lucky is not a dreamy of yours. this is for people who really want her in their town.
2.) if you win her, do not sell her or trade her away. if she wishes to move out at some point, then give her away. if i find out that you've done either of these things, you will not be able to receive another villager from me.
3.) you must be able to pick him up immediately, or i will pick another winner.
i would like to get on cycling, so this will be quick. it's 11:30 pm cdt and it will end at midnight cdt.
simply say that you'd like to enter, then i'll put the names into a random generator and whoever's name comes up first will be the winner! good luck :3
