Missing avatar animation

Hi, I used to have an animated Elmo before the update, but when I try to get him dancing, I get a message that I can't have animation. Please enable? Thank you.

Don't know how much that helps, but there's an item in the shop called Avatar Animation, do you have it?

Make sure that in your inventory your avatar animation is checked 'active' and it should work!

If it's not related to the above points, it might also possibly be an issue of the image being too large and needing to be shrunk by the forum to fit the now mandatory 100x100 and losing the animation. I don't know if the original gif is bigger than 100x100, or if you had the avatar expansion add-on that was removed with the forum upgrade. I'm also not entirely sure if such a problem still occurs or if the forum does retain animation when it shrinks a gif nowadays, but the possibility came to mind.

The size of the image has nothing to do with it. It may have just messed up when the forum software was converted to XenForo. If you have the avatar animation add-on set to active and you re-upload your avatar it should work just fine!

Three months later... I finally got a round toit, re-uploaded and voila! Cute lil Elmo dances! Thanks for all the replies, folks.
