Minecraft

Ehhh I have had it since beta 1.2. I have gotten out of it quite a long time ago (Pretty much since the 1.0 release, where it is now the full game and no longer beta) but I still check on the wiki to see the new game additions and such. I actually have played it yesterday and today, testing out the new versions with the crazy amount of new biomes! I LOVE the AMPLIFIED map type it is really really cool... I actually do wish I could play a survival multiplayer game with some people but none of my friends can play. :(

If you're bored on Minecraft and want a challenge, check out Ultra Hardcore.

Games are usually 1.5 hours and are PvP based. You need to gear up as quickly as possible and then fight! You only regain health through golden apples or health potions, and golden apples take more gold to make.

I used to play ALL the time and now I don't really have the urge to play it anymore ;s

I've only really started playing. I don't play it very much though. However, when I made my world, I managed to spawn right near a mushroom island, and I bought my house near a village, complete with a bed, furnace, crafting table, and a large chest. I know I ought to try and build something better, when I get some more materials. But I'm happy with my little set up at the moment.

I have played Minecraft twice ^^. Not something I'd play every day, but it's nice to kill the time. I like building things so I usually play in creative when I get the chance to.

I really like Minecraft, but unfortunately it doesn't work very well on my computer anymore. Been debating on buying the Xbox 360 version until I can get a new comp.

It's surprisingly easy to get burnt out on Minecraft. Was so hyped once I got it and built towns and stuff then solid brick wall. Nothing really exciting.

I like to play Survival mode by myself or online. I have yet to come across any horses yet. Do you know where I can find them?

I bought it last week. I played for like 2 minutes and gave up. I bought it play with a friend so eh no big deal.

I actually suggest that you guys use some of the modpacks for minecraft. Hexxit/Tekkit are the best ones I have played. Probably put over 300-500 hours into tekkit with my friend! We would find servers and play, and mess with people until 3, sometimes 4 in the morning. Was really really great. You will never look at straight up minecraft the same, Tekkit has 40+ mods in it which include machines... Magic items... TONS of new items, All sorts of stuff. Hexxit adds battle towers, twilight forest, new nether structures and a crap load of new items as well.

YES. Tell me how to install the Mo Creatures mod NAO. I have everything but that mod.. T-T

I play it too much for my own good. I'm a moderator on a server, and the players there love me, so I typically just scan the chat every few minutes to make sure everyone's behaving. The game itself is utter rubbish, I think you need to find a good server, with good plugins and a good community, to be able to truly get any enjoyment out of this game.

Anyone never played Minecraft Pocket Edition for Android and iOS?

No but I've played Xbox version once when my cousin taught me how to play. But I think that PC version is better because you have to actually craft the things not just take the crafting ingredients you need and it doesn't tell you how to play.

I bought minecraft a week before the release that introduced the nether, so I've been playing since the Alpha days.

I don't play much anymore though. In fact it's usually deleted off my computer most of the time. After the terrain generation got boring making new worlds stopped being exciting. Plus there is very little to do besides building. Caves are really easy to find, and are too big and intersect on themselves so often that instead of finding tunnels to explore, I only find a bunch of annoying garbled levels one on top of the other so it's really hard to explore a cave fully because they just. Don't. end. Mineshafts are just as bad, if not worse since they not only go on forever but they also intersect with caves and then end up and even worse mess.

I'm currently waiting on the next update that adds all the flowers and stuff (I don't use the preview things that we can download since they're tests and therefor have bugs and stuff to work out) to be released. I mainly build worlds when I play minecraft so I'm waiting to have new biomes and stuff before I play again. No sense in downloading it and starting a new world to only have to delete it so I can have the new terrain generated in a natural fashion when the new biomes are put in place.

I still play Minecraft occasionally. It's a fun game, but I think that I used it more as an alternative to Garry's Mod than anything else. Garry's Mod took over my gaming life as soon as I got it. Minecraft is still fun, though.
