I new somebody to make me a temporary Miiverse account as I logged In to talk to a friend to find that I was banned for reasons I do not know?
It would be greatly appreciated If somebody could make one for me

Like the Bell Tree Forums, I would suspect that having alt miiverse accounts would be against their rules. Why not use your real miiverse account to talk to your friend?

Because I have been banned for unknown reasons for an unknown amount of time...

I can close it for you, the best thing for you to do is to wait it out or try to get in contact with miiverse staff so you can see about your ban. I would also read over their terms of service again so that you might find out if you did something that goes against their rules. Sorry we can't help you!
