I don't know about the New 3DS, but under the 'home settings' tab (the one w/ a home icon abd a wrench), there os an option called the 3DS Image Share.

Why do you have to unscrew the back of your 3Ds? Can't you just pull your SD card out of the SD card slot on the side?

Anyway, I do get why you're mad, one notification is way to little to be banned. I've gotten four and still havent been banned. The admins, even if they are bots, play favorites.
I also agree about sharing FC's, people can add you to your Wii U easily because your NNID is right there. And yet with the 3Ds it's prohibited.

However, Miiverse isn't the best site. Please don't get so worked up about this. You can take screenshots with your phone, although they might be lower quality. And there are much better sites for socializing than Miiverse, such as this one.
