Border (Yes/no): Yes (A border normally has a black, or any other color/design line outlined around the sig/avatar/etc.) Example: Look up at my profile/banners you'll see a black outline.
Rounded (Yes/no): What I mean by rounded is that the edges are rounded.
Picture (High quality renders only): -insert picture here-
