I do wanna reset but I don't wanna be a loner with starting again you see... :3 Because I used to tt, but I want a game without it!! Anyone else just starting out? :)

Wat

But seriously, you mean you wanna reset because you time traveled? Yes, there are some people who have recently reset their games, though I think you're the first person I've seen who wants to reset because they time traveled.

I bought another copy of AC:NL to get some dreamies, and I'm about to start that one!

I've thought about resetting but I've spent so much time making my town, I would cry ha

I wanna start a new one because all my times get messed up its confusing!! :) lol!!

So, just go back to current time and then start in real time from that point and don't TT anymore if you don't want to. It can be fun starting over because you get a new town map and a new set of default villagers, but redoing everything you've already done gets boring fast. Are you really looking forward to getting your approval rating to 100% again before you can do anything? It was new and exciting the first time--the second time, not so much. How many sharks can you give Blathers for the first time before it becomes a chore?

My advice: keep everything you have and just change the date back to today and the time back to now and take it from there. Beware, that if you're making a huge time leap you may lose a villager (though if your village is down to eight, you'll probably gain a villager), which shouldn't matter that much anyway since you were contemplating getting rid of all of them.

Your milage may vary, of course. Doing everything from scratch (unlocking all the stores, unlocking the QR reader at Able's, getting the petition signed for Shrunk again and then waiting five days for Club LOL to open, etc.) may be what you want to do.

im gonna give my things to my friends too look after while i reset, that way i can keep my stuff and reset!! :P

I did the same thing! I restarted because I TT'd. Felt pretty cheaty... It's been about a week since then and I haven't TT'd once! I love my new map too! (I coulda' looked for better villagers though..) but I think it's better for you to reset. GIVE SOMEONE ELSE YOUR ITEMS THOUgh! XD life saver.

And I thought I was sure about resetting mine until I read this...hahaha.

There are so many people who want to reset. Everyone probably chose the 1st or 2nd choice of the map and they got bored so they reset or TT. I don't blame them though, lol. I chose the 2nd map and I didn't reset yet.
