midday sunny dream towns?

does anyone know any dream towns that are set at midday and it's sunny?

btw, I have also tried doing the "let Luna choose" option. (so many winter towns)

It's all random if you use Luna.

I don't know anything town that's set to that, all of them are either: morning, mid morning or evening hours.

My town Hangzhou (DA on sig) was last updated at noon with a rainbow~ I'm pretty sure Sundance was last updated around 3 pm, too.
