MicroSD adapter not working!

I want to transfer my snapshots to my pc, but my pc doesn't read my MicroSD adapter.

It worked before and last time I transferred pictures, I also had diificultly.

EDIT: I tried putting it in my laptop and it works. So, why doesn't it work on my pc?!

Might be you need a driver for your PC to read it. I would say if it works in your laptop then use that
