Well, when I started to play, I wanted a mexican themed town, and with that in my mind I started to select villagers who will fits with the theme (like Lucha). But now I realized that of the PWP there is none that could resemble a mexican style, there is only furniture (like the golden series) but they go inside of the house. Now I'm using the overused japanese theme (because, well, looks nice).

Any tip to do this?

Also, there is anyone in Able Sisters in this forum? I have some designs to do in NL, but I'm not good drawing.

The fairy tale items are kinda festive. The tire toy is also a good choice along with the balloon arch and sister is trellis. The tire toy could be used as a fence (like bushes) if you want to section off or enhance some areas. The Zen bench, wood bench, and metal bench could be placed next to each other while putting a fairytale bench right above the center. Have three or four face cut standards and design them like a mariachi band. Just use a bunch of red, green, white, yellow/gold colors of the flag along with some other festive displays.

Well, I wanted more a traditional mexican village (with stucco walls and red tile roofs) rather that festive. Although the mariachi band idea looks nice (too bad I'm bad drawing).

Oh ok. You can sorta use houses of villagers as PWP then. You can arrange them into some smaller neighborhoods or villas using plot reset. Path around it and put some fountains in the center. If you haven't already decided on all your villagers, then here is a link to all of their house exteriors: Link
