Isabelle announced a meteor shower today and Celeste is here. Take the pipe to the left to easily get to her. She is by my house to the north. Shops are to the left when you get here from the airport.
There are also some free items on the ground near Celeste.
Shopping is fine, but don’t take any flowers or weeds. Taking shells by the beach is fine.

20 wishes is the max for most fragments so get your 20 and leave via airport to keep the line going smoothly.
