Mermaid Roof/Exterior

Trying to finish up the house for my new player and I can't find these two components for the life of me. Can anyone help me out if they spot it in their Nook Shop?

You can't do that. If you try to buy something from nooks homes in another town, he'll say you can't because you live out of town or something like that

He'll send it to your town so it'll appear in your Nook's the next day.
