Mermaid DIY's ????

I had all the Mermaid furniture in New Leaf but I have none at all for New Horizons if I was to go find scallops to give to pascal to unlock a DIY could I TT to the next day to find another scallop or am I only able to unlock a mermaid DIY once a week?

It is random. Sometimes you get furniture DIY, sometimes you get mermaid clothing, and other times you get a pearl which is needed for crafting the mermaid furniture. You can only get one item from him once a day, but totally random what you get.

Pascal shows up once a day, and can give a mermaid recipe, something from the mermaid clothing set, or a pearl. There was a glitch that prevented you from getting the recipe if you already had the furniture (like if someone crafted it for you), but I don't know if it's been patched yet.

I think that glitch has been patched ^^
You won’t receive any duplicate DIYs too so that helps
and with the random pearls you get it’ll help you craft everything without diving more

I time traveled to get my set and it didn’t take too long ^^

So I can just keep time travelling to the next day to collect one a day ?

Yep!! Sometimes it’ll be a mermaid clothing item and sometimes it’ll be a pearl but just keep going ^^
