Merengue asked to move again, and I figure it's finally time to let this sweetie move on to a new town. She'll be leaving on the 25th of this month. So if you'd like her, put in an offer. A lot of her home has changed and I'm pretty sure her phrase changed as well.

Starting Bid: 2mil
Min Increase: 500k
Buyout: 25mil

I will stop accepting offers tomorrow at 10:00pm EST
You should be able to pick her up within 30 mins after my closing of the auction. If you can't, I'll move on to the next highest bid. Payment can be done via Re-Tail method, and we can work out an order of either you picking her up first or you paying first.
