I just wanna point out something, Im not trying to be rude but the fact that you have less ratings(not in this case btw) gives the trader the option not to choose your offer even if its out of mind, I know that you've said you have been scammed before but that wont make any difference, if you want to take most of the stuff first then first you have to atleast get some reputation and trust, this is what we call the Thumbs up rule , You have less, you go first.
