All bids are to be expressed in TBT, but for payment I'm willing to take up to 40 million IGB at the current rate (so that would be 200 TBT). In case that wasn't clear, for example, if you win the bid with 400TBT you can either pay 400TBT or 200 TBT plus 40 million IGB.
