Rules

• Right now I will take IGB or TBT
• Not taking reservations but lurkers are welcome! I usually contact lurkers 10 minutes prior to putting it on the thread
• I'll wait around 45 minutes for villagers
• Not all prices for villagers are set in stone and could be negotiable; also sometimes I wait longer for some villagers (depending how I'm feeling that day)
• Tier 5 will be on auto-void and will be free! You can ask to take them off auto-void and I'll message you 10 minutes prior to the announcement, just like you're a lurker
• Please DO NOT run in my town!!!
• I try to keep all villagers 100% original, but I can't always guarantee that (always those stupid shirts)
• Lastly, please make sure you have room for the villager before asking for them
