has anybody bought this yet? I'm interested, but I've never played Megaman on the 3ds, does it still work well playing on a handheld device??

also, fyi- Target stores appear to have the versions with the golden Mega Man amiibo...

Its an inferior collection compared to the Anniversary Collection and its pretty much megaman 1-6 on an emulator with a sprinkle of paint to make it look like its good, plus it also suffers from graphical and control problems
You're better off buying 1-6 on the Virtual Console

Nah, the VC-versions look like **** tbh as do all NES-games on VC.

Legacy Collection both looks and plays perfectly. So far I've played through 1-4 and haven't encountered any problems at all. Only downside to the collection is that it's only the first six games that are included, but hey, 7 and 8 wasn't that good anyway.
Can't recommend this game enough! If you like Mega Man, get this game.

haha, well those are two conflicting reports! in googling reviews, most reviewers seemed to feel that this collection is faithful to the originals, including the bugs and control issues of the originals. i'm still not sure about megaman on the small screen though...
