? All villagers should be 100% original, although not guaranteed. If anything is changed, it's because they changed it themselves.
? I autovoid tier 5 villagers, unless they are lurked for.
? Void times and prices may vary. Please read the recent "*villager* in boxes" post of whoever is in boxes.

? I may refuse to trade with you for any reason.
? You must have a space available for the villager.
? All payments must be made before getting the villager.
? We meet at the train station, so there's no reason to run off or wander.
? You can't reserve villagers.
? Please get the villager as soon as possible. To keep cycling going, I won't hold them.
? You can lurk for any villagers, even if not in my town. You can ONLY lurk for 2 villagers at a time. I will notify you if they move in or they are in boxes.

Most of the time I accept TBT, however I may sometimes be looking for IGB. Prices may vary. Like I stated above, payments should be made before getting the villagers.
Tier 1 Villagers: 80 - 95 TBT
Tier 2 Villagers: 60 - 80 TBT
Tier 3 Villagers: 50 - 60 TBT
Tier 4 Villagers: 40 - 50 TBT
Tier 5 Villagers: Always Free
