Pastel yellow skin. Like butter.
Vivid neon green eyes
Long, wavy white hair with curly ends. More of it on one side than the other.
She should be wearing a white dress with little pink flowers.
A pink hairpiece, like a feather

I'll most likely have it done by tomorrow or the next day. Worst case scenario would be the end of this week, but that's pretty unlikely.
