May someone hold a villager for me please?

Marshal is in boxes in my cycle town, but I don't have another ds to transfer him to my main town >.< unfortunately my friend's town has reached its full capacity of 10 villagers

I need someone with an active cycling town and preferably has at least 5 positive wifi ratings or 95% and higher in total..
