I just bought a 3DS yesterday, along with Animal Crossing: New Leaf. After many hours of playing over the past 2 days, I am ready to experiment with Nintendo's new online system.
I haven't played Animal Crossing online since 2007, when I would desperately run around my house with my DS trying to find this mysterious source of a single bar WEP connection that happened to be unlocked. Now I actually have a connection of my own, and online games aren't a distant dream lost in missing packets and huge latencies.
I don't want handouts or free stuff, because I want to play the game myself. I'm not going to brick your game or put a car in front of the shops, if that's even still possible (sure hope not).
I just want to see other people's towns and find out what Animal Crossing online gameplay is supposed to be like.
However I would like to take a look at tools for sale if possible, because my town hall is closed today and can't get some necessary tools other than the shovel and bug net I bought from my shop.
(Sorry if the post is long winded)
