For you collectors, here are the creatures newly available to catch in May:

Frog, in holding ponds (listen for "croaking"), all day
Catfish, in large pond, 4pm to 9am
Angelfish, in river, 4pm to 9am

Moth, near outdoor lights (near Gate or villagers' windows), 7pm to 4am


Give the Catfish to Wendell to get the exclusive "overhead view A" pattern.
