Hi I'm working hard at making my dream town and so I would like some reviews of my town and ways I can improve it. My town is modern themed and my dream address is 6600-5644-0061 and your help would really be appreciated.
NOTE- There are some plans and improvements I am aware of:

Illuminated Heart-Going in front of Cynthia's house
Illuminated Tree's x2- In the lily patch by the train station
Solar Panel- Near the illuminated clock where the purple hybrids are located in the 3x2 area
NEEDS! A definite need for blue roses, purple pansies, and black cosmos.
Villagers to go:
Tex- lives by the chair sculpture and on top of my path
Rooney- lives by the sculpture fountain and on top of my path
Your help and review will be much appreciated and ideas will be taken into account!
