After being able to sell two Raymonds for high prices, when I decided to use a nook ticket and saw Marshall of all villagers after having raffled away Punchy I decided to grab him for this. I told myself if I saw a third Raymond I'd raffle him, Raymond #2 isn't even out of my town yet, but I figure this will be as close as I get to getting a third Raymond anyways.
How I will decide the winner is by counting the total number of comments, and allowing a random number generator to select a number between 1 and the total number of comments. I will count comments to see who was the number landed it on.
For example, if you were commentor #11 and the number generated was 11 you would win.
To give a large number of people a chance (and since my priority is to cycle out Raymond first) I will be keeping this raffle open until 2 PM EST tomorrow. At the time of this post it is 8:13 PM EST for me.

- Marshall MUST be a dreamy of yours and will be a permanent residence. Keep in mind all the people who struggle to get their favorite dreamy, don't be greedy if you know you'll just turn around and sell him.
- Have a land plot available for Marshall tomorrow.

also if I feel a need to I may bump this post, I'm hoping it'll gain traction on its own (but I want people to not miss out too) I'll keep track of it if I do and subtract it from the total comment amount.
UPDATE: As of 12:54 PM est I am working on getting Marshall into boxes. I've had 3 pings so far and they are coming quick!
