When I logged onto New Leaf, turned out my town was a day ahead. Flipped it back to the correct day, and come to hear that Marshal is leaving tomorrow. Which really sucks, seeing as how he was one of my favorite Villagers in my new town, so I'm gonna be sad to see him go (Honestly, if any of you get him and want to let me visit to see him every now and then, I'd love you.)

But anyways, this is only going to last today, since it is a limited time event as he leaves tomorrow.

Minimum Increase: 1m
Buyout: Unknown. I've never done one of these, so impress me. Can be a mixture of my dreamies/bells/items. A dreamy and item set, bells and item set, all bells. I don't know.

Your offer is in the running, yes. Bell wise, probably 30+ million for straight bells, and you can adjust that based on if you add anything else (Less bells with an item set/villager)
