I pay you the first 15 mil then I invite marshal to my town then I pay you the other 15 mil. It would help make it not quite as tedious and I would have extra motivation with the second half

sorry, unfortunately i dont accept half and half payments as ive been scammed this way b4. It's also more tedious this way because marshal is in my 2nd town not my main town where i'm accepting the payment so i would have to close and open the gates multiple times on my two DSes for this trade. Also i would need u to pick him up by 7pm latest bc im leaving for the weekend. OR we can do this trade earlier in the day if you are buying out.

I'm going to put the HB as 5mil (from killjoy) for now since we haven't agreed on anything yet.
(however if someone else decides to buy out, i will wait for your decision before anything happens)

actually... sadly I don't have a billion bells because i had my stash on another town but it corrupted when i was resetting, so i lost all my bells. So now i'm trying to recover some back.
