I run into the problem too, Mahou. That's why I haven't tried to get Lolly back into my town. I was lucky to have Julian move into my town when I re-started. I haven't tried for Marshal because of the amount of bells he's worth. He reminds me so much of my (human) OC, that's the main reason why I'd like him.
