Marshal, the Smug squirrel,
is now in boxes!
He is ready to go. (Note: He is not wearing his original clothing. But the inside of Marshal's house is intact. This has been a cycling process, from my Cycling Town, where I was not giving him any items that could replace original interior items. However, after I started this town I forgot to soon replace that Able Sisters custom clothing and Marshal grabbed that orange shirt design. So, this is why I am not selling for an amount of bells exceeding 20 million.)
I will be giving the adopter a copy of a pic of Marshal plus a bushel of the town's Perfect Pears.
Requirement: Forum member must have at least [10] established Wi-Fi Ratings and that percentage, by other forum members, is at least 90.
Direction and Method of Payment: It would be easier if one arrives with 1,500,000 bells on person [Mayor]. When arriving, I will want the adopter to hold for a moment as I close the Train Station's gate. (So no one else can come in.) We will head to Re-Tail Shop, where I have placed items to be sold each at 750,000 bells. (Max any item can be sold is 999,999 bells. So I have to do this in increments that accurately add up.) After purchasing two items, the adopter will place them on the ground. And I will pick them up and re-stock them at the same price. The adopter will do nine more rounds, with this payment process, of retrieving 1,500,000 bells from the Post-Office ABD [ATM]. After payment is complete, I will take the adopter to Marshal's house, where the adopter will pick up a pic and the Perfect Pears that are on the ground in front of his entrance, and the adopter will go in and ask Marshal to move to his/her town. (I'll be in the house and get confirmation from Marshal.)
