Honestly I'm not sure, he has his original catchphrase and clothing and I've only had him in my town for a day. I don't think he was streetpassed.

Clothing and catchphrase is fine I'm just wondering if he has like.. purely fish in his house and like no furniture -w- *That's what my Marshal did and I was gonna reset that town and move him to my second town, but he took out his sofa and his TV and replaced them with a pike and a dorado and won't remove them :c So I was gonna give him away and try to get another one :c

Ah yeah I understand, all I can say is that I'm fairly certain he's intact but can't promise complete originality since I had him for such a short amount of time I don't remember what his house looked like =\
