I'm pretty sure his house is mostly untouched. Everything he gives to me through pings is sent back, and everything in retail is sent back as soon as he posts it. He does have items that aren't meant to be there however. I'm pretty sure his catchphrase is normal, along with his greeting. If not, change it with Isabelle. I don't think his clothes are original either unfortunately.
