Marshal is moving out of my Cycle Town Finally!

Now, instead of having an auction for him, I decided I will be doing a giveaway for him FOR FREE!

The rules are:
1.) Comment who your favorite villager is.
2.) Make sure to put "sulky" in your post to make sure you read the rules

I will be using a random number generator to 'pull a number out of a hat' to get the winner.

THE WINNER WILL BE PICKED ON DECEMBER 30th at 11:30 AM EST.
