Okay, Firstly you drop the 33 mil then go and talk to Marshal. He will be like "oh I'm leaving twinleaf today but I don't kniw where to go! On the bottom screen will be some options like "Good Luck" or " How about you move to my town" tap the one aboit moving to your townand he will be like "uh okay! I'm moving to [Your Town Here] See you soon!"

You must have A) Have less than 10 villagers and B) Not have anyone moving in or out
You must have also have recieved the Permit to build PWP's from Isabelle as Mayor.

I'm going out for a few hours so I can hopefully do that.

Okay that sounds easy enough. We might be able to arrange something for later in the day as well. If we can't do the transaction today I'll get him tomorrow. But I'd prefer today because I'm going to be visiting a friend's town tomorrow and I don't want someone to move in and take Marshal's spot. Not too sure how soon they would try to move in before Marshal it's just a precautionary thing since I'm not too familiar with the game's villager moving systems.
