- He's coming out of a cycling town. His catchphrase is original, house is mostly original, and he's wearing the solid light yellow design in the picture (I think it looks nice). I'll leave the two pieces of furniture and his original denim vest outside his house. Please take them with you if you want them.
- Please do not pull any weeds. I've been helping a friend get his gold weeding badge and it's time consuming enough as it is.
- Letting the winner talk to the villager first is safest for both of us. But please stay in my sight. If I can't see you, I'll flick the switch. If you prefer to do the Re-Tail fruit method, tell me before you arrive so I can prepare.
- You must pick him up today. I'll be available during the following times: 12-4pm, 6-7pm, and 9:30pm-12am ET. (Though I'll like you better if you don't show up at midnight.) Please have space available. The sooner I can move this squirrel into his happy new home and out of my cycling town, the more pleased I'll be.
