I want to try the new Mario kart tracks but I don’t know how to access them? I already have membership am I missing something ?

Do I have to pay for them?

If you have the switch online plus the expansion pack membership, you should be able to go to the eshop and download the tracks. (It's either buy the dlc directly or buy the expansion membership).

If you don't see them in the eshop, try updating your switch?

They are DLC, but if you are playing online, as long as someone in the lobby has them you are able to access them to play in that lobby.

They are DLC, but if you are playing online, as long as someone in the lobby has them you are able to access them to play in that lobby.

So your saying if I am playing online and someone has the dlc unlocked I can join and still play that track?

Right. With the online + expansion pack membership, it costs more but you have access to dlc like the mario kart dlc tracks and hhp in animal crossing, etc.. Or you could buy the dlc.
(Or the online option mentioned, lol).
