Okay, so I just found this out too, go to retail section of the forum, then on one of those fancy highlighted sections (always on the top), there is one that says this forum is not for tbt bells...then you click on it and it says click here, you are brought to the tbt marketplace were you could buy furniture and stuff or exchange bells, i did 350tbt for 10 million myself
