Thank you so much! I looked back on some Skype logs and I moved (I believe) 7 people out after Julian during the summer. After that I know I moved Mitzi, Ruby, Daisy, Apollo, Bones, and Flora out. Which means after Marina, I only need to move 2 out in order to have cycled 16 which I can probably do by tomorrow night. (if Marina will ever ping D; )

I don't think it has anything to do with friendship, I've had Apollo move out today (super high friendship, had him since the summer) and Marshal ping twice (super low friendship, moved in Tuesday)
