Trading Marina for Merengue or Julian

I have Marina in my town but I would like to trade for Julian or Merengue. She's not in boxes yet but I TT and can wait to get her to ping.

My problem is I also want Julian..but he's still showing up in my main street. I heard that this means you need to cycle out 1-8 more villagers and I'm working on my 4th (Apollo) right now and then 5th (Marina) If I get Merengue, I'll only have the 10th villager spot that isn't a dreamie. I've never ever had a 10th villager ping to move out and I wouldn't want anyone else to move out. Do you think you could hold Merengue for me until I can confirm that Julian can move back in? I would appreciate it~

Actually I've had other villagers move out (At least 2 others) since then so I might be getting close? I hope so

Julian will not be able to get back until he is gone from main street / cycled out 16 villagers.

Regarding your problem with the 10th villager, I've had my 10th move out so long as I had another villager ask to move, but I tell them no. It'd take some time and a lot of careful TTing, but the 10th will eventually ask to move.

Yeah I know. I think I'm very close to him leaving though since he's been there for a while and I've been getting rid of a lot of villagers

Back when I was cycling 16 in the summer I had a very bad experience and had to move a villager I really liked out ;o Just trying to be careful
