Manniquin problems.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but....

I'm trying to get manniquins for one of my alt characters.Wiki and other sites say that you will get one from Sable after gaining her friendship ( which I have done ) and by buying 50 items in her store.Which I did yesterday, and recieved my manniquin.

My problem is Mable.She is suppose to give me one after buying 51 items.Today I bought 5 and still no manniquin.I have 3 other characters in my town and they did not have this problem.Am I missing something?

I may be wrong, but the 1st mannequin is from befriending sable, and the buying 50 is from Mable. I THINK one is from Labelle and the other is form Gracie Grace.

yeah every source i checked said that to get sable's you have to be friends with her and buy 50 items from able sisters. so i got sable's mannequin and assumed that meant i had bought 50 items, but mable wouldn't give me a mannequin when i bought some more stuff. i ended up having to clear out able sisters' stock for a few more days and then she gave it to me eventually.

Thanks Witchbaby.That must be whats happening to me.I think it may be a bit of a glitch because I have done this manniquin thing with 3 other characters and I recieved manniquins from sable and mable at the same time with those three.I'll just keep buying everything like you did and hopefully she will give it to me soon.

I thought Mable was buying an item in the shop for a lot of days in a row

I believe it's Labelle that you have to do that with.She's the one that sells hats.
