So now I have 1 mannequin(Gracie's) and I'm trying to get the Able Sisters' mannequins.
IIRC:
- Sable's mannequin is gotten after you buy 50 outfits and talking to her
- Mabel's is gotten by buying a 51th outfit
- Labelle's is gotten by buying an accessory everyday for 31 days

I'm pretty sure I might have bypassed Sable's and Labelle's requirements, but is it still possible for me to get them?

Pretty sure it doesn't have to be consecutive. I certainly didn't buy accessories for 31 days in a row - I remember I hadn't even been to the shop for a few days beforehand and then when I wandered in to get the santa items Labelle gave me a mannequin out of nowhere. Don't worry about it, just keep buying their stuff daily.

I'm not really sure how to get Sable's mannequin. I already had the QR machine.

Do we have to buy the outfits first or it can be attained by just talking?

For Sable you need to be her friend and buy 50 pieces of clothing from the shop. These can be anything that's on their counter. I'm quite certain you'll need to chat with her to obtain it, so chat every day.

For Mable however you'll need to buy 51 tops (or dresses?). She will gift you after your 51st purchase. For Sable you have to buy a hat or accessory for 31 days for her to consider you a vip costumer, rewarding you with a mannequin. None of these have to be consecutive.

I always suggest buying everything (shoes included) if money allows you, even if you don't need it at that time. You're catalogue will than turn into your private walk-in closet.

That's strange, I have all the mannequin's except Mable's. If I have Sable's, that means I already bought 50 clothing articles, right? Sable's was the first mannequin I got, too, and since then I've definitely bought at least one more thing from their clothing store, but still no Mable mannequin.

It doesn't really bother me since I think the mannequins are creepy and don't match my house (wish they could be wooden), so I just keep them in the museum anyway, but I just wonder why that is.
