mannequin help!

I was just wondering, I know how to obtain the 4 mannequins but is it 4 in total, or is it 4 per player? Just wondering if anyone could confirm that for me >.<

yeah, 4 per player, because you cant put the mannequin on the ground, sell it, or otherwise trade it, the max is 4. just as well, each character's requirements are individually stored in the game's memory, so no matter what, the first time you ever buy something at Gracie's, you get a mannequin, regardless of how old that character is.

thank you! I wasn't sure if the 4 requirements were 4 per player, or if it was like...whichever player was the first to buy at gracies gets that one, but thank you for the help ^-^

no, that would be unfortunate though. its just like the golden watering can.. once your town has been perfect for 15 days, you can walk up on any character and get a gold can. i THINK it requires that villager to have lived in your town for those 15 days, but im not sure. all i know is i got 3 cans on the same day.

sorry to take from the main subject of the thread, but how do I dress a mannequin?

Walk Up to it, and press A. Make sure to have clothes in your pocket. Then choose the clothes you want.
When you're done, you also have the option to switch clothes from mannequin to character, and character to mannequin.

You would get one museum room for each character, so that you can display all available mannequins in each room.
